As for the Champagne, it’s a light, fresh and ‘vigorously youthful’ bubbly with a fine, elegant and slightly lemony nose. There’s also a lively mousse and a long, crisp palate. Much of this is explained by the high percentage of Pinot grapes in the blend, consisting of both Noir and Meunier.
